Pakistan to hang Kulbhushan Jadhav, India calls it 'Premediated Murder'

Alleged Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav was on Monday sentenced to death by a military court in Pakistan that found him guilty of "involvement in espionage and sabotage activities" against the country, media reports said.

This development could further strain the India-Pakistan ties with the former terming the decision as a 'premediated murder' that would fail to follow "the basic norms of law and justice."

Pakistan meanwhile has said that the decision would serve as a strong warning for anyone who tried to act against the country.

Hitting back, India has decided not release any of the Pakistani prisoners lodged in Indian jails who were due to complete their sentence on Wednesday.
