Maharashtra Child Rights commission slaps Rahul Gandhi with charges under POCSO The Maharashtra state commission for child rights protection on Tuesday issued a notice against Congress President Rahul Gandhi over the video he shared of two Dalit minors being allegedly harassed by upper caste men. The video in question posted by Gandhi on June 15, 2018 showed two boys stripped off their clothes, being beaten for allegedly taking bath in a well belonging to the upper caste community.
