Srinagar by-poll: 8 killed in  Violence, Only 6% Voting Eight people were killed and several others injured after violence marred the polling in Srinagar Lok Sabha constituency on Sunday. The victims fell to firing by security forces after mobs went on rampage in various parts of the constituency which recorded only 6 percent voting at the end of the day, the lowest ever turnout in 30 years.
