Rahul Gandhi’s convoy attacked in Gujarat; Congress blames BJP Congress Vice-president Rahul Gandhi’s car was attacked by unknown individuals while he was on his way to visit flood-hit Banaskantha district in Gujarat on Friday. Gandhi managed to escape unhurt, and he continued his visit and met people who were facing problems in the flood-hit area. Earlier, Gandhi had to leave the stage without completing his speech as protestors showed black flags and hailed Narendra Modi’s name. Later, reacting to the issue the Congress vice-President tweeted that black flags and stones can't deter the Congress party. Congress spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi accused the BJP ‘goons’ of carrying out the ‘dastardly’ task. BJP however dismissed the issue and said that "they had no clue if the attack was real or orchestrated." Meanwhile, the Congress has announced a statewide protest over the issue. _______________________________ Onion Prices increase by four times in 2 weeks,...
