Modi and Xi praise each other at G20 amid Sikkim tussle A day after China ruled out any talks with India owing to disparities over the Donglam area in Sikkim, President, Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Narendra Modi met at G20 summit in Hamburg, Germany and praised each other over a host of issues. While Modi appreciated the momentum in BRICS under the Chairmanship of Xi and extended India’s full cooperation, the Chinese President appreciated India's strong resolve against terrorism and the momentum given by it in BRICS. Both the leaders also praised the roles played by both their respective countries in the international arena.
